Our platform connects brands with influencers for seamless collaborations. Due to the nature of digital services and transactions, refunds and returns are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • The influencer fails to deliver the agreed-upon content within the specified timeframe.
  • The delivered content does not meet the agreed terms outlined in the contract.
  • Fraudulent activity or violation of our platform’s policies is detected.

3. Non-refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The campaign has been successfully completed and delivered as per the agreed terms.
  • The brand or influencer decides to cancel the collaboration after work has begun.
  • Dissatisfaction is based on subjective opinions rather than contractual obligations.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a claim within [3] days of the issue by contacting our support team at Support@meetib.com with:

  • Order details and proof of non-delivery or violation of terms.
  • Screenshots or relevant communication as supporting evidence.

Upon review, eligible refunds will be processed within [7] business days via the original payment method (crypto or traditional).

5. Payment Disputes

If a dispute arises, our support team will mediate between both parties. Payments held in escrow may be refunded based on the outcome of the investigation.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our platform, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
